American actor Sylvester Stallone has decided to make a new film dealing with illegal immigration.
According to the Guardian, American actor , director Sylvester Stallone is to make a new movie which depicts a boxer living in the US illegally.
Migration has become an increasingly politically charged issue under the Trump administration and the veteran actor wants to highlight it in his new movie.
“Whenever boxers lift up the flag of their nation, it’s just automatic. They’re not saying, ‘We’re better than you.’ It’s what they were trained to do. So I never took it as a confrontational thing,” said Sylvester Stallone speaking during a Q&A at the Cannes Film Festival.
Sylvester Stallone is an American actor, director, screenwriter, and producer. He is well known for his Hollywood action roles, including boxer Rocky Balboa in the Rocky series (1976–2018), and soldier John Rambo in the five Rambo films (1982–2019).
